By Car
From the South
From the M1 follow signs for the M621 towards Leeds city centre. Exit at Junction 3 and follow signs for the A61 through the city centre. After passing Tetley Brewery (on your left) and crossing the river bridge follow signs for St James’ Hospital. Continue under the inner ring road flyover and take the first turning left down Rider Street just before Agnes Stewart School. Patrick Studios is the second building on the left. There is street parking in the immediate vicinity.
From the North
From the outer ring road, follow the A61 into Leeds city centre. On approaching inner ring road, follow signs for the A64 to York which will take you up a slip road beneath the inner ring road. At the next set of traffic lights turn left towards St James’ Hospital, then immediately left onto Rider Street just before Agnes Stewart School. Patrick Studios is the second building on the left. There is street parking in the immediate vicinity.
By Train/Bus
From Leeds Train Station you can either take a taxi or the No16 (Seacroft) bus to Burmantofts Street. The bus leaves from Stand 16A on Boar Lane every 10 minutes. When alighting the bus, turn left back along Burmantofts Street and turn right up Rider Street (between St Patrick’s Church and Agnes Stewart School). Patrick Studios is the second building on the left.
On Foot
From Leeds Bus Station, Patrick Studios is a 10 minutes walk. Leave the station and cross over St Peter’s Street heading towards the main entrance of the West Yorkshire Playhouse. From there head diagonally across the car park towards the foot bridge. Continue over the footbridge, turning right when you reach the other side heading uphill. Patrick studios is directly in front of you.

From Leeds City Centre:
From the station follow Aire Road south west and continue onto Whitehall Road. Merge left onto Spence Lane and continue straight onto Domestic Street after the first roundabout. To turn right into Syndenham Street you must continue round the second roundabout and back on yourself back towards Salford Van Hire and turn left into Syndenham Street. By Train/Bus:
From Leeds Train Station, take a bus from Aire Street (stop numbers S12 or S13) all buses will stop at Salford Van Hire parallel to Syndenham Street.
On Foot:
Follow Whitehall Road until Dunelm Mill outlet, turn left over the roundabout taking Syndenham Street directly right after Salford Van Hire. Then left into Croydon Street and to Barkston House. Sitance 1.1 miles from City Square (20 mins)
Directions to Beaver Studios
By Car
From Leeds city centre
Follow the A61 towards the motorway. When on Hunslet Road, turn right at the traffic lights (Angel Wings building on corner, chip shop and sauna opposite). Turn immediately right again crossing the dual carriageway into the industrial estate. Take the first right turn and then the first right again onto St Helen’s Street. Then turn right again onto White House Street.
From the North
From the M621, take the exit signposted Hunslet. Turn left at the traffic lights then second left and them first left again. Beaver Works is situated a the end of the road on the right hand side.
From the South
From the M621, take the exit signposted Hunslet, follow the road continuing straight on at the traffic lights. Then take the second left, then first left again. Beaver Works is situated a the end of the road on the right hand side.
By Bus
First Buses (0113 2420922) nos 12, 13, 13a, 22 to Hunslet Road or Metro (0113 2457676) nos 63b, 87a, 95, 752 (to Hunslet Road).
By Train
Leeds train station is in the city centre and about a 25 minute walk from the studios. A taxi rank is located directly outside the station entrance. Rail enquiries 08457 484950.
